From Mr Kevin Barnes (University of Notre Dame) The hotel was fairly basic, and the walls very thin, but clean and had what was necessary. The location was not great, as it required walking along an unpleasant highway, and the key system was not great. Decent proximity to the Vatican and other important locations.

Nice two bed room with airco. Breakfast very okay. Excellent help with our laundry. They did it for us! We stayed here for four nights and it was a pleasure. Close to Vatican City and Ancient Rome. And there is more: free car parking in front of the building. For this money you couldn’t find a better place. Thank you!

It was perfect for our requirements and our party of 5. Very clean and comfy beds. Two bedroom apartment, one room had 3 single beds and the other had 1 double bed with a bathroom between the rooms. Coffee was excellent, breakfast was adequate, cereal, yogurt, buns etc. It was a 10 min walk to the Vatican. The local number 46 bus stopped every 12 minutes outside the apartment, this was a 15/20 minute ride to centre of Rome.

We made reservation for 8 .... there were only 7 beds. When we complained to Laura, she said we had to leave if we did not agree to pay full price. She even did not agree to do someting about the price. So 2 kids had to sleep in 1 bed.... . Comfort in appartment was very basic but OK. Frequent bus service to historic center/Vatican almost at the doorstep - this was the best part of this stay. Seems that Laura loves her money too much.

The Bed and breakfast is basic with out of date decor, however its all you need for a short break in Rome. Laura was great and communicated with me before arriving and was always available if I required any information. I originally booked a single room however this was changed to an apartment which was great, it had a basic kitchen but more importantly a washing machine. The bed was comfortable, heating and storage available. The only thing that would require improvement is the shower, it dribbles and wasn't enjoyable. Buses and metro is available is available just outside the apartment to transport you easily around Rome. However Vatican city is a 15 minute walk away and you could explore the rest of Rome within 1 hour walk to the Colosseum. Train station is around 40 minute walk, however the apartment is situated up a hill. Lot's to see around Rome. A 24 hr metro ticket is £7. Rome itself isn't too expensive. I would recommend purchasing a 'jump the queue' ticket for the Colosseum/Vatican museums and St Peter's square otherwise you would be queuing for hours.
